We want you to love your BÉIS gear; however, if a product isn't the perfect fit for your journey, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unused items in original packaging. Please note that a small handling fee is deducted from refunds, while exchanges and store credit are always free.

Select Your Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason to generate your prepaid shipping label.
Pack It Up
Place your unused items with tags still attached back into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Drop Off
Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; we will process your refund once it arrives at our warehouse.
